I loved how quiet the item was. It was a little hard to keep it charged as it's connected by magnets and can easily come off if bumped. When in use, it suddenly stopped working and I thought it the battery was just dead as it wasn't plugged in properly with the magnet, but when I tried it again the next day it would not turn on. When I plug it in, the light appears and blinks, but when you unplug it, it won't turn on.

At first the sound was fine, but then after a few minutes it changed to be louder and more erratic (in sound - vibes fine).
