I haven had a chance to try it out (using it for throat training) but it's so much thicker than I could have imagined so make sure that if you can take something thick if you plan on using it down south. And there was a slight smell but nothing horrible a quick wash and it sort of faded but it's not strong at all so it doesn't bother me.
