Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing dildosir, we guarantee our products are strictly tested by our quality inspector before delivery, if you need after-sales service, please contact us by email: service@dildosir.com, we will reply to you within 24 hours.

Cancel Order

We accept order cancellation before the products are shipped. If the order is confirmed cancelled, the refund amount you will receive will be the total amount paid minus the bank processing fees. We will process the refund action within 3 business days.

We do not accept order cancellation request once the order is shipped out, please ensure your items are what you want before checking out.

Unsatisfied Product

We want you to be happy with your purchase from dildosir. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at: service@dildosir.com to request the return. We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without notifying us first. Return shipping cost and the taxes (if have) are non-refundable.

Defective Item

We want to make sure you have a properly working product, so in the event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know within 30 days after it is delivered, so we can help make it right.

Lost Item

If the product you purchased from dildosir.com is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us by service@dildosir.com, we will arrange a free replacement for you.

Non-refundable

Given the nature of our products, we do not take returns in the following cases. We do this for the safety and care of our customers, so please select your items carefully.

① If you select the wrong item or color of an item, it cannot be exchanged for something different.

② If the item was used, it cannot be sent back.

Note: We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate.
