Ship Safe Guarantee

If your item is damaged or lost in transit, we will send you a free replacement. 

For vibrator products, free replacement is guaranteed if the item you received do not work within 180 days of receiving.

Delivery Country

Currently, all orders from dildosir are shipped from China and shipping is offered to these destinations: United States/Canada/United Kingdom/Australia/Western European/New Zealand

Shipping Method

We offer standard shipping to ship our orders to most countries and UPS fast shipping to some countries. Fast shipping by UPS applies for additional charges and usually takes 4-7 business days to arrive after orders are shipped out.

We offer free shipping for orders over US $59 by standard shipping. Standard delivery usually arrives within 10-18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays, time will vary from country to country. For the details, please check the following table.

Tracking Order

A tracking number will be sent to the email you left when placing your order at the time the order is shipped, usually 2-3 business days after full payment is made. Orders can be tracked on both our website Check Order Status and your local post website.

Invalid Shipping Addresses

We are very sorry to tell you that the courier companies we cooperate with are unable to ship to APO/FPO/ DPO boxes at the moment. 

Taxes and Duties

Please note that there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping at dildosir.

Note:

※There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

※If you select UPS to ship your order, but your address is located in an extended area for UPS delivery, our customer service will contact you to change the shipping method or pay an extra US $35 to US $50 UPS remote area surcharge.

※We trust our delivery carriers to do their best to deliver orders on time as advertised, but we cannot guarantee shipping times when carriers fall behind due to your location, delays in Customs, etc.
