While all the other vibrators I've come across vibrates and sucks (the toy's shaft vibrates and at its base there is a mouth that actually sucks in air) - This toy focuses more on the SUCKING. The first thing I noticed on opening the dildosir.com package was how well packaged and discrete it was - beautiful black - then on picking it up and switching it on - it has a nice grip and it pulsates while sucking - you can change various levels of pulsation and suction.That is all its meant to do - this is an add on to your collection - its extremely effective
