The is great for practicing on! Having the colors at different levels helps to know where you can get it and how far you can go for certain things ;-)The suction power is great and I haven't had a problem with it popping off or anything like that. It's super easy to clean too and very comfortable! The material it's made out of makes it flexible and easy to use.Highly recommend!
