I own a different model vibrator with this brand and it's wonderful. I love it. But, when I received this item and it just honestly wasn't doing it for me. I contacted customer service, they came to a generous resolution very quick. They were wonderful and I’m very happy.

I find this product OK. For the price it’s great. The lowest setting a vibration is too much and it spins too fast. But like I said for the price it’s good

 Strong vibrations and slim enough to put anywhere. The thrusting/rotating action is very strong and pleasurable. The magnetic charger is a nice touch.

It doesn’t charge anymore after 2 weeks

Wow, this product really blew me away! This is my first Rabbit and I cannot be more satisfied. It's such a sleek design with very soft material. The rotation paired with the vibration really takes it to the next level for me. I mean--the sensations were just WOW. Made of medical grade silicone, this product is very easy to clean too.That being said, the vibration button did have some issues but customer service was very helpful and quick to respond and help me with my issue. Overall, I'm super pleased with both the product and the customer service, and will definitely be ordering again.

After a week the vibration feature stopped working entirely. If you click the vibration button the whole device turns off automatically

 Loving this pink beauty. Super smooth and easy to clean. The battery life is amazing there is nothing worse then when you’re just about there and you battery dies I have not had that happen with this little firecracker. The little tongue on it is my favorite part way better then bunny ears in my opinion.

I constantly wonder if I could upgrade my vibrator and I believe I found it, it moves in a way that I didn’t expect it. I love the way it moves it creates this movement that makes you have a enjoyable time. I recommend to anyone who wants a upgrade.
