The finish is nice and smooth. Expected it to be a bit bigger than it actually is because the length advertised was including the balls and suction cup, but the size is still quite nice. The free lube that came with it was a nice touch but it isn't amazing in my opinion (it was a freebie, though so i can't really complain). Their customer service seems really good too.
